Read-only access
With the account holder’s permission, HornStudio reads the calendar list so the teacher can select a calendar, then reads events from that calendar to identify lessons.
The current workflow checks lesson events from today through the next four weeks. It matches names to existing students, including aliases the teacher confirms.
Your calendar stays yours
HornStudio does not create, edit or delete Google Calendar events. Lessons that have started, or already have teaching material or analysis attached, are protected from automatic calendar changes.
